HMS and Harrisburg University Expand Doctoral Program Offerings for International Students

Expanded collaboration creates new opportunities for international students to pursue STEM-designated doctoral degrees while gaining practical experience.

HMS and Harrisburg University are currently accepting applications for the Fall 2026 intake, which begins August 29, 2026. Applications for the Fall intake will be accepted through August 24, 2026.

The next available intake will be January 2027.
